Join Elevation Cellars Labor Day Weekend when we release our 2007 Monolith and 2009 Imperium.
Extended hours this weekend will be:
Friday, Sept. 3 - 5 to 8pm
Saturday, Sept. 4 - Noon to 6pm

2007 Monolith
Deep garnet in color,with a rich, bright nose of caramel, earth & blueberries. Clean attack of Asian spice & mineral high tones. The mid-pallet is silky but heavily loaded with black currant jam & fine grained tannin. The finish lingers for several minutes & leaves you with a hint of cola and dry earth. Great now, but this wine will continue to intensify with 8-12 years of age. This wine will benefit from a short time in a decanter.
2009 Imperium
Refreshing, slightly sweet edge of apricot and mineral flavors that lead to a pear and floral mid-palate, finishing with focused layers of dried fruit and crisp apple. Although very enjoyable now, this wine will age gracefully for 5+ years.
